Description
Seeking full-stack developers with experience using Mongo, Express, ReactJS, Node.js (the MERN stack) and related technologies at all skill levels. Candidates with experience applying Angular (all versions) and VueJS will be prioritized. Candidates with experience building big-data, analytics, natural language processing (NLP) applications on data stored in document-type databases (like Mongo) will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing and testing a prototype Product Information Management System (PIM).
Provide support of the application built
Support of the team at sponsor company developing business requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years professional experience as a software developer, including;
Expert-level experience with node.js (including npm, grunt, etc.)
Substantial experience with HTML5, CSS and Javascript
Experience with ReactJS (and Angular or VueJS)
Comfort with non-SQL databases and building API-first applications
Capable of working independently (product ownership team is in the US and UK)
Computer Science, IT, Math degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AWS
A public github/gitlab/bitbucket repository with contributions to projects
Experience applying responsive frameworks such as bootstrap
