Job Description
The Desired candidate should have Awareness on recent market technology hiring trends and various
combinations.
Resources must have experience in UK staffing (any model) – Direct Client, Preferred Vendor etc: domain
(IT/Engineering etc.)
Must have excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking
Ability to understand technology and interact with technical team
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience in related field.
Position Duties
A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on UK Recruitment giving the best
solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
• Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ
tests etc).
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, and cold calling.
• Hands on experience with all United States Tax-terms
• Extensive experience in full process of UK Staffing /Recruitment.
• Excellent work knowledge of UK Visa types (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, Dependent, EU Residents and
Citizens).
• Full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions for various clients in the UK.
• Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find professionals through interviewing
process,
• Effective rate negotiation and detailed reference checks.
• Analyze the job requirement and participated in the full life cycle process of recruitment.
• Sourced the best fit candidates through various Job Boards, Databases, Networks and Referrals.
• Short listed candidates based on the client needs and presented to the clients.
• Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions.
