Roles and Responsblities

• 15+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in program management of large-scale IoT, Industrial Automation, or Maritime Digitization projects.
• Prior experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, or other asset-heavy industries is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of IoT ecosystem components – devices, sensors, gateways, cloud platforms, communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, RTU, TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Proprietary protocols, NMEA, etc.).
• Strong project management skills for multi-stream, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Project or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to technical and operational details.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, global, and maritime environment.

Qualifying criteria:-

Should have worked with gateway technologies, data telemetry. Data tapping from machinery, automation systems, control systems. Aware of communication protocols, should have worked earlier : Modbus, Profibus, profinet , MQTT, Proprietary protocols, NMEA, etc. Should have managed projects involving Large Engines, Motors, Pumps, Boilers, Propulsion Systems, Flow meters, Shaft Power meters. Ideally from a Marine background of Maintenance, Installation, Commissioning etc.
Should have worked for large marine makers ( OEM), or automation system makers.
