· Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense that befits the customer
· Showcase good thinking and problem-solving skills that are relevant to our line of work
· Prepare detailed BOQs
· Assess the status of projects and follow up on-site/project progress
· Execute detailed and pinpointed quality checks to ensure design and execution are in-line
· Showcase great communication skills while working with the founders and other stakeholders
· Be thirsty to learn and keep oneself abreast of new technologies, materials and design principles
· Showcase integrity and sincerity to the role and to the firm
