Job Responsibilities:
– Design software architectures for resource-limited mobile systems.
– Definition of SW applications, SW components and interfaces.
– Interface directly with software development in Europe to ensure high quality
– and timely delivery.
– Collaborate with the senior project management as the main point of contact for
– all software related topics.
– Analyse customer, system and safety requirements to derive and document
– software architecture requirements.
– Validate the system through design reviews, product testing and detailed
– analysis.
– Implement and optimize the internal software development process.
– Develop technical standards for coding, tools and platforms.
– Take ownership for the projects and work independently with minimal
– supervision, within a small team.
– As a member of a small team, you will need to support other members in tasks
– like software development, integration and testing.
Requirements:
– University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
– Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of software development
– including requirements engineering, development processes and quality control.
– Prior experience with Agile development models used in conjunction with remote
– teams.
– Understanding of software development techniques and methodologies.
– Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems, preferably iOS and Android.
– Knowledge of Backend/Server Systems, preferably Java, PHP and Node.js.
– Knowledge on technologies/functions such as Webkit, Docker, Apps and App-
– Frameworks
– Experience in Test Driven Development.
– Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
– Autonomous and self-reliant way of working.
