Job Responsibilities:-
Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
·Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
·Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
·Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
·Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
·Create rough and final cuts
·Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Requirements
·Proven work experience as a video editor
·Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Light works, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
·Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
·Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
·Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing

3. Must handle social media, their paid campaign, grouping and organic traffic of various social
media platform like Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Pininterest, Twitter.
4. Videos:
a) Must have the knowledge about you tube video paid campaigns, organic campaign,
how to increase our views and subscribers.
5. Must have knowledge to promote videos in tiktok as well.
6. Content:
a) Have the capability to write social media attractive descriptions lines for videos we
upload on social media.
7. Basic SEO knowledge.
8. Must do proper planning with proper strategy.
Other requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, etc.
