Roles and Responsibilities.
1. Productivity Improvement through process improvement.
2 .Managed the workmen for achieving the periodic NPD targets.
3.Train to subordinates & responsible for their skill up gradation.
4. Kaizen activation & Poke yoke.
5. Identification and traceability of material (Using work in progress tag, holds tag, yellow bin red bin etc.) Performing root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence and defective issues.
6.Development of new components, part inspection. Raising enquiries calling/ Meeting vendors for technical discussion.
7.Process planning of tools required for manufacturing of components.
8. Preparation of CP, FMEA, PPAP documents.
9.Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action.
10. Responsible for NPD (New parts development) till mass production (including material Procurement & selection & purchasing of tooling etc.).
11. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities.
12. Also responsible for Process capabilities of all the machines.
13 .Responsible for checking manufacturing feasibility of new parts.
14. Maintain/control of Engineering Change Notes with new Revision Drawings/control charts & other relative documents.
15. Maintain all I.S.O. / TS documentations And Internal Process Doc.Audits
16 .To solve/involve Quality issues in Product parameters with help of process / tooling improvements.
17.To upgrade knowledge of all manufacturing/special processes. 18.Conducting part manufacturing trials on various machines with different tooling for saving the cost & cycle time of the component along with related departments such as quality control & production.

5. Planned and managed spares for machine shops and assembly line machines to minimize downtime.
6. Handled mechanical and electrical breakdowns, ensuring 100% machine availability across all shifts while meeting MTTR and MTBF targets.
7. Managed maintenance of air compressors, diesel generators, and other utility equipment to ensure operational reliability.
8. Ensured zero incidents by addressing unsafe conditions, implementing safety kaizens, and fostering a culture of safety awareness.
9. Proficient in spare parts cost estimation, resource optimization, revenue budget planning, and maintenance expense management to improve cost efficiency.
10. Actively participated in Kaizen, 5S, QC Stories, and Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance operational excellence.
11. Implementation and adherance of company policies and procedures.
12. Implement, maintain and follow the guidelines of IATF & IMS procedures and documents.
13. Maintenace of department records and MIS as per the Management requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management for two retail stores (and future expansions).
Fix and manage the commission system (linking it to profits, conversion, and sales
targets).
Cash flow control: daily bank reconciliation, vendor payments, expense monitoring.
Build replenishment model in coordination with purchaser (stock rotation, sell-through
tracking).
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements; close books on time.
Establish internal controls to plug leakages (discount misuse, cash handling).
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Provide weekly dashboards to management (sales, cash, outstanding, margins).
Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
4–6 years of experience in retail or FMCG finance.
Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (Odoo, Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
Sharp analytical ability; problem-solver.
