• Source and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor items as per design intent.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain samples, quotes, and specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and help with design revisions and updates.
• Stay updated with current trends, materials, and techniques in interior design.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge of software like SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, or any rendering tools is an advantage.
• Strong design sensibility, detailing skills, and aesthetic understanding.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle basic supervision under guidance.

Guest Experience & HospitalityAct as the primary point of contact for guests during their stayHandle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requestsEnsure a personalized and memorable guest experienceAddress and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally3. Team ManagementSupervise and manage the on-site team (chef, housekeeping, steward, etc.)Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure staff efficiencyConduct regular briefings and maintain team discipline and motivation4. Candidate Requirements

4 –7 years of experience in hotel, resort, or property managementStrong command of spoken and written EnglishPresentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanorExcellent interpersonal and guest-handling skillsProven ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a remote/hill location

Preferred Qualifications
