Roles and Responsibilities
– Conduct market research and create meaningful insights
– Strong power point and excel skills
– Prepare and build financial models in line with the business needs
– Conduct simulations and What-if scenarios
– Preparation of termsheet, sanction letter and review of documentation
– Analyzing and preparing internal reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
– Periodic monitoring of company&cashflows, financials, credit Assessment
– Engaging with various intermediaries, internal and external stakeholders to
ensure successful closure of transactions

Required Background
– At least 4-7 year of experience in quantitative analysis including financial
modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking etc.
– CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school
– Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship

– Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
– Finance fundamentals
– Strong analytical skills
