Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site ( customer ) installation of equipment and follow testing procedures.
• Conduct scheduled planned maintenance visits to keep systems running smoothly.
• Provide fixing and repair support for customers during Warranty/Out of Warranty period.
• Develop positive working relationships with customers and Sales Team members.
• Complete and submit field service reports to document work performed.
• Provide feedback to product quality teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify and isolate recurring problems with products to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
• A university degree or equivalent in electronic/mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience installing, solving problems, repairing, and calibrating
Bench Top Equipment is desired.
Desirable Skills:
• Ability to deal effectively with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with Customers & Sales Team Members on Technical issues.

As a Product Manager will be responsible for developing product strategies including
New Product Launches. You will be expected to understand customer needs by visits to cross section
of Customers across all regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement Product Strategies that align with the company overall
goals and market needs.
Identify Products that can be added to the current portfolio to gain market share and
additional revenue/margins.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes and
industry trends.
Ensure Strategies are well understood by the Sales Team & are implemented for
success.
Product Development and Launch:
Collaborate with production, suppliers, marketing and sales teams to ensure
successful product development and launch.
Devise a Launch Plan and successfully launch New Products. Lead product launches,
including marketing materials, sales training, and go-to-market strategies.
Track Product Performance Data and initiate action for each Product Range as
required ( Non-performing , Slow Movers, Low Margin, Tail-end)
Develop Sales Tools including Product Literature/Brochures.
Customer Focus:
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into product
improvements.
Understand customer needs and pain points to develop products that meet their
needs and resolve Quality Complaints.
Conduct customer research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct Road Shows across all Customer Segments & participate in key Trade
Shows.
Competitive Analysis:
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Benchmark products against competitors to identify areas for differentiation.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Support Sales Director in finalising List Pricing for Price Catalogue.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Provide sales teams with product knowledge, training, and support to effectively
promote and sell products.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns
for Electronic/Social Media
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track product performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on product performance and progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, business).
Management Degree in Marketing
Experience:
5+ years of experience of which minimum 2 years in product management or Marketing.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of Lab Processes in Analytical/Bio Technical Laboratories
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for science and technology.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of Pharma/Life Science industry work processes/requirements
Knowledge of Competitor products is a plus.
