QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resource Management
2. 5-10 years of relevant experience, start-up experience preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to adapt and lead change
4. Sound knowledge of labor compliances and applicable Acts
5. Sound knowledge of HR systems and processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Driving a culture of innovation, excellence, and perseverance in the organization.
2. Leading Recruitment and related vendor management
3. Drive employee engagement, talent management and competence development
4. Leading employer branding and internal branding for higher talent attraction and retention
5. Ensuring monthly processing of payroll with zero deviations
6. Supporting admin team in infrastructure and development projects
