Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM & Tech Ops Executive with foundational knowledge in databases, hosting panels, and basic programming. The role prioritizes managing IndiaMart and website inquiries, maintaining web hosting environments, providing basic PHP/MySQL support, and assisting in website development and data analysis. Ideal for a Diploma holder or BCA graduate with strong task ownership and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities (Prioritized Order)
1. Database & Hosting Operations
• Basic handling of MySQL databases, including simple queries, updates, and backups.
• Manage web hosting panels such as OVI Panel, cPanel, and PHPMyAdmin.
• Monitor hosting performance, domain settings, SSL, and server-level configurations.
2. Basic Programming Support
• Assist with simple PHP code changes, error fixes, and small updates.
• Coordinate with senior developers for more complex requirements.
3. Lead Management & Online Inquiry Handling
• Manage IndiaMart inquiries, catalog updates, lead responses, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries from company website, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales for lead
conversion.
4. Website Development & Content Updates
• Assist in website development, content edits, page updates, product listings, and structural
improvements.
• Ensure site information, images, and product data are always updated.
5. Basic Data Analysis
• Prepare inquiry and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analyse data trends for IndiaMart and website performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics, or BCA graduate.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic working knowledge of:
– MySQL
– Web hosting panels (OVI Panel / cPanel)
– PHPMyAdmin
– PHP fundamentals
• Familiarity with website development or basic HTML/PHP structure.
• Experience managing IndiaMart or similar B2B portals.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong task ownership, ability to learn fast, and willingness to handle multi-disciplinary
tasks.

Job Description-
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts and onboard new shippers within the U.S. domestic market.
Handle full-cycle brokerage operations — quoting, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, dispatch coordination, and load tracking.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and drivers across multiple equipment types (Flatbed, Step-deck, RGN, Dry Van, Reefer). Ensure consistent communication with clients and proactively resolve service issues or delays. Leverage Warrior Trucking’s dispatch, compliance, and accounting teams for backend operational support.
Meet monthly gross margin and load volume targets.
Requirements
Must have an existing U.S. customer base or consistent load flow with verifiable accounts. Proven experience in U.S. freight brokerage (Drayage/Flatbed / OTR segment preferred).
Strong understanding of U.S. geography, freight lanes, and rate dynamics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer and carrier relations independently.
CRM proficiency (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, or similar TMS platforms).
Ability to work U.S. business hours from Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
Build high-performing, SEO-friendly, and responsive web applications with Nuxt.js, Vue.js, React, Angular, Svelte, or similar frameworks (SSR, SSG, and SPA modes).
Design, build, and deploy Chrome browser extensions that integrate seamlessly with backend services and web applications.
Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for frontend and extension integration.
Ensure smooth communication between web applications and Chrome extensions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver robust features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across backend, frontend, and extensions.
Stay updated with emerging trends in Node.js, Nuxt.js, Vue.js, React, Angular, Svelte, and Chrome Extension development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
Strong expertise with Nuxt.js (v2/v3) and the Vue.js ecosystem; experience with React, Angular, Svelte, or similar frameworks is a strong plus.
Proven experience in Chrome Extension development (Manifest V2/V3).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.
Solid understanding of content scripts, background scripts, messaging, and Chrome extension APIs.
Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of API development and integration (REST, GraphQL).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Good to Have (Optional)
Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Exposure to Microservices architecture.
Understanding of OAuth, JWT, CORS, and CSP for web and browser security.
