Role Overview:

We are seeking a proficient SAP IS-OilExchanges Management Consultant to support and
drive downstream petroleum trading operations. The selected individual will be responsible
for configuring and optimizing the Exchange Agreement processes across sales, procurement,
and stock reconciliation cycles. Ideal for professionals with solid grounding in SAP IS-Oil
logistics and commercial scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Exchange Agreement frameworks across bulk terminal and retail
distribution models (Buy/Sell/Loan/Swap scenarios).
Configure and manage Sales, Purchase, and LIA-side documents associated with Exchange
Agreements.
Enable real-time and batch integration of exchange transactions with Inventory Management,
TD, and FI modules.
Collaborate with trading and commercial teams to align exchange documentation with
contractual and taxation requirements.
Drive reconciliation and net settlement processes, ensuring accurate volume balancing and
valuation.
Support the development of reports such as Exchange Balance Reports, covering quantity,
price, and movement histories.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in SAP IS-Oil modules, particularly in TD, TSW, and Exchanges.
Working knowledge of Excise handling, cross-company trading, and exchange partner
setups.
Hands-on involvement in designing custom reports and enhancements related to exchange
monitoring and profit analysis.
Familiarity with integration points involving SD, MM, and FI for seamless transaction
postings.
Experience with valuation methods, ring fencing logic, and inventory segment tracking in
complex exchange chains.

Desirable:

Prior experience supporting refinery or pipeline-based movement systems.
Exposure to downstream inventory balancing, partner-led shipment execution, and exchange
contract lifecycle management.
