Description :- 

 Develop a structured and logical approach to data collection, including the identification of new data sources.
 Conduct and evaluate both primary and secondary research in order to collect quality data.
 Prepare clear, precise reports and concept notes and preparing presentation/ communications
 Collect information from the Internet such as forums and review websites.
 Develop and maintain a solid expertise of IP and related laws, regulations and legal processes in India and worldwide. Master the Standard Essential Patents
environment

 Structure, draft and review globally IP dominant agreements related to commercial and technology transactions
 Advise the company on deal/engagement structure, interpreting rights and responsibilities.
 Coordinate the IPR project of the ICEA aligning with the designated resources ,with the objective of defining the IPR policy framework with GOI
 Write projects by meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
 Conduct both primary and secondary academic research as per requirement
 Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
 Work on a variety of projects for multiple platforms (assignments, blogs, articles, case studies, dissertations and social updates)
 Work on various assignments as advised by the management besides intellectual property, legal, management and policy issues.

Qualification & Skills Desired :- 

1 Post Graduate in Public Policy / Public Administration with proven academic track record
2 Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
4 Enthusiastic, confident and optimistic demeanour with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5 Ability to interact and convince others
6 Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
7 Modern tech fluency, including the ability to present online, manage responsibilities using a smartphone and laptop, use various communication platforms

Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization event portfolio, a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy aligning with overall business objectives and
growth targets. Identify new event expansion and innovation opportunities to drive business growth and market differentiation.
 Provide strong leadership and guidance to the event management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. Set clear goals
and expectations for team members, and support their professional development through coaching, training, and mentorship.
 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients/sponsors, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives to deliver tailored event solutions that
exceed expectations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and innovative ideas to enhance the value of their events.

 Oversee the financial management of events, including budget development, cost estimation, and expenditure tracking. Ensure events are delivered within budgetary
constraints while maximizing profitability and ROI. Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives to optimize financial performance.
 Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly and according to established timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage logistics, production and technical aspects of events, while mitigating risks and resolving issues as
they arise.
 Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in event management, incorporating innovative ideas and strategies to enhance event
experiences and stay ahead of the competition. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency and elevate the quality of our
events.
 Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of events and evaluate performance against established goals and benchmarks. Conduct
post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning and decision-making.
 Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing our values, vision and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients,

 
Qualification & Skills Desired ;- 

1 Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field required; Master degree preferred.
