Responsibilities :-
Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization event portfolio, a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy aligning with overall business objectives and
growth targets. Identify new event expansion and innovation opportunities to drive business growth and market differentiation.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the event management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. Set clear goals
and expectations for team members, and support their professional development through coaching, training, and mentorship.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients/sponsors, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives to deliver tailored event solutions that
exceed expectations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and innovative ideas to enhance the value of their events.
Oversee the financial management of events, including budget development, cost estimation, and expenditure tracking. Ensure events are delivered within budgetary
constraints while maximizing profitability and ROI. Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives to optimize financial performance.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly and according to established timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage logistics, production and technical aspects of events, while mitigating risks and resolving issues as
they arise.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in event management, incorporating innovative ideas and strategies to enhance event
experiences and stay ahead of the competition. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency and elevate the quality of our
events.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of events and evaluate performance against established goals and benchmarks. Conduct
post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning and decision-making.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing our values, vision and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients,
Qualification & Skills Desired ;-
1 Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field required; Master degree preferred.
2 Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
3 Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
4 Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative event strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.
5 Financial acumen and budget management skills, with a track record of delivering events within budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability and ROI.
6 Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7 Modern tech fluency, including the ability to present online, manage responsibilities using a smartphone and laptop, use various communication platforms and
leverage MS Office
8 Flexibility to travel and work on evenings, weekends and holidays as required for events
