1. Own program delivery and coordinate to create the best in class learning experience of the enrolments.
2. Organising and making schedules of multiple cohort-based mentorship programs for participants.
3. Maintaining records for every participant and moderation of speaker sessions.
4. Keeping a check on participants performance, various program trackers and managing discussions. Ensuring task checking and giving constructive feedback to the participants.
5. Ideation for program quality improvement and coordinating with Core team.
6. Addressing participants queries on time and working to enhance their learning experience.
7. Reach out to quality speakers for sessions.
8. Actively working to maintain and brainstorm strategies to boost participation rate.
9. Driving enrollments for these programs by working closely with marketing and sales teams.

Job description
 Co-ordinating and managing corporate trainings (end to end) and smooth delivery of classroom and virtual training sessions.
 Active involvement in the ongoing trainings, monitoring the progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action for smooth execution of training.  
 Managing the trainer database, co-ordination and negotiation with the trainers.
 Act as a primary client contact for training execution related requirements, issue management and escalation.
 Responsible for understanding and analysing  an issue or problem and work for a corrective action plan.
 Maintaining accurate record/database of trainings delivered.
 Co-ordinating with the trainers, external vendors and clients to ensure the right lab requirements are met.
 Carefully monitoring the training to ensure participants’ expectations are met and queries are suitably addressed by the trainer/presenter. 
 Taking training feedback from the participants and preparing a consolidated report for Trainer/ Client, wherever required.
 Co-ordination with Admin Team to take care of the logistics for out of station Trainer/s.
 Co-ordinate Technical calls with the client, understand the training requirements for proper scheduling of training.
 Should be a go getter person to handle multiple trainings and ensuring they are completed on time with good feedback.
 Required years of experience – minimum 6 years
 Location – Local (Hyderabad) candidates are preferred, if not, candidate should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad. Second preference in Bangalore but is not desirable
