Having a detailed list of ‘A’ and ‘A+’ interiors designers and architects
Visiting architects and interior designers to meet sales targets
Give presentations on products, services and usp’s to architect/Interior designer
Consistently achieve sales targets
Collecting data on ongoing projects in market and pitching for the same
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking in fraternity
Being up-to-date with the trends and new competitors in market
Represent organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations
Engaging existing customer base with latest projects and company news

Excel

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
From furniture industry with extensive furniture industry knowledge
Experience in sales/marketing to ‘A’ and ‘A+’ interior designers and architects
Candidate must have well-established relationships with top Architects and Designers
Proven sales track record
Target driven performance and ability to work under target pressure
Self-motivated and results-driven approach
Detailed market knowledge
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Effective following up skills with prospects and existing customers
Energetic and extrovert personality
Well groomed
Must be open to travelling (intercity & intracity)
Must be open to working on holidays if required, as and when requested by potential clients
Good in relationship management

Executive Assistant to CEO
Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience
Salary – 3 to 3.5 lPA
Location – Mumbai.
Executive Support
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and executive team
including: managing several active calendars of appointments; composing and preparing
correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel
plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel related meetings;
and keeping minutes during meetings.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the executive team’s schedules are followed and
respected.
Brainstorming of new ideas.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external
contacts.
• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming
commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach,
including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks
that facilitate the CEO ability to effectively lead the company.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-
through on all projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures under
CEO’s observation.
• Learn the entire aspect of the organization and how it works, to innovate ideas for
project execution with their respective line managers by brainstorming.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business at all times.
Administrative Support
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites,
and all-staff meetings
• Greet guests in a professional manner
• Administration of the office in absence of the CEO.
Qualifications
• Good organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders,
including staff, board members, external partners and investors
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making
capability
• Emotional maturity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective
independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to
various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client
service and response
• Must be available for occasional after-hour support Education and Experience
