Understanding the market demand for EV Chargers
Thorough understanding of Planning and executing a complete business
Manage the Project like a start-up – Build from Scratch to Final commercial product
Responsible for Product Lifecycle Management
Responsible for end-to-end NPD – Designing & Development
Prototyping & Concept Finalisation
Production Management
Setting up the Manufacturing unit
Evaluation & selection of plant machinery
Preparing and executing an Optimised Plant layout
Product Development – Costing, BOM Management, Material Management
Capacity Management – Productivity, Expansion
Labor management – Time & Motion Study, Productivity, Efficiency, Discipline
Vendor Development
Knowledge of vendors for raw material & parts
Development of Vendors & Suupliers
Material Costs, Quality, Source, Planning & Requisition
Testing & Quality
Quality Management – Improvement, and meeting standards
Product Testing for high performance parameters
Component & Finished good Testing
Process documentation
Product Understanding
Deep understanding of DC-chargers for EVs, energy balancing/power generating products
Understanding of PCB Designing & Schematic layouts, Embedded & Digital designs
Understanding of key components, including transistors, diodes, drivers, transformers,
regulators, inductors, and capacitors.
Reporting & Coordination – on a periodic basis with the Management, vendors, etc.
Essential Employability Skills
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering – Hardware / Embedded
5 years plus experience in designing, manufacturing & testing Electronics
Experience in Plant Layout, Product development, Production Management, Vendor
Development
