Job Description
• Prepare the job descriptions, post jobs on various job boards, and hire the right talent for various job openings.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing (telephonic, virtual, face-to-face), performing background verification, handling offer letter generation and candidate rejection.
• Coordinate with managers and the management regarding updates on the interviews.
• Maintain a good rapport with consultancies to source candidates of the best quality.
• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain a database of employees and update it regularly.
• Responsible for monitoring the entire performance management system.
• Responsible for end-to-end review of all employees.
• Responsible for sharing the reviews to employees and conducting one on one sessions.
• Collect and gather manager feedback and conduct feedback sessions for managers as and when required.
• Maintain a database of all feedback received from managers for the employees.
• Handle employee complaints, and grievances and provide solutions from time to time.
• Constantly review and update the employee policies and guidelines, as and when required.
• Identify and schedule learning and development sessions for all the teams well in advance based on the current market requirements and ensure that the sessions are conducted smoothly.
• Curate topics for the Learning and Development program inside the company.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities for the employees.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain positivity at all times and ensure that employees are happy with the culture of the organization.
• Maintain a great bond with all employees always.

Designation –
Should have experience of about 5 to 8 years in electrical control panels,
Should be able to design single line diagrams and wiring diagrams, must be able
to develop and integrate electrical logics in control panels, must have experience
in Auto CAD for single line diagram and wiring diagram designing
Must have worked on MCC, PCC, APFC, fire panels, synchronisation panels,
power distribution units, ACDB, feeder panels etc.
Should have thorough knowledge of switchgear selection, application and
integration into the panels, thereby should meet all customer’s requirements with
minimum cost
Must be able to trace wiring circuits and fault finding in the circuit
Should be able to interact with the customer independently to understand their
requirements as well as convey our concerns to customer, must be able to
establish link between customer and manufacturing for smooth order execution
Should have knowledge about panel construction, electrical standards and
conventions as well as testing.
