Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate career counselling sessions for students and parents in both online and offline settings.
Represent company at schools, colleges, and institutional events through orientation programs and
workshops.
Communicate fluently and professionally in English to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Assess student needs with empathy and insight to deliver personalized career guidance.
Design and conduct training sessions, video presentations, and strategic engagement activities tailored for college outreach.
Collaborate with the outreach team to establish and mentor student ambassador groups.
Develop and record high-quality demo videos and counselling content for the Unigoal platform.
Support psychometric assessments and assist in interpreting results for informed decision-making.
Create structured training modules for student engagement and mentor onboarding.
Maintain accurate session documentation and ensure timely follow-up with assigned mentees.
Participate in educational expos, webinars, and student engagement forums as a confident representative of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have:
A degree, diploma, or be currently pursuing one in psychology, education, social work, counselling, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to understand and address diverse student concerns.
Experience or strong interest in student counselling, mentoring, or academic advising.
Comfort with conducting sessions both online and offline, and willingness to travel for institutional visits.
Confidence in delivering training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs to large groups.
Ability to design and record video-based content for student engagement and platform learning.
Familiarity with psychometric tools and a basic understanding of interpreting career assessments (preferred).
Competence in preparing training modules, session reports, and follow-up plans for mentees.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of working with cross-functional teams including outreach, content, and mentor support.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production & SolidWorks Specialist to join our team at SD Puran Machines.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in SolidWorks, possess strong knowledge of production planning (inwards and outwards), and demonstrate managerial skills to efficiently handle staff and streamline production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SolidWorks Operations:
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
• Develop and interpret detailed drawings and design specifications.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure precision and feasibility in production.
2. Production Planning & Management:
• Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Oversee inwards and outwards production processes to maintain smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for production materials.
• Develop and implement efficient production workflows.
3. Team Management:
• Distribute production tasks and manage staff workloads effectively.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience in creating 3D models and technical drawings
. • Experience in production planning, particularly managing inwards and outwards processes.
• Strong managerial skills to lead a team and handle production assignments.

· Analyze feasibility requests from Business Development or internal teams.
· Review study protocols, synopses, and related documents to understand study requirements.
· Identify and reach out to potential investigators across therapeutic areas.
· Draft, distribute, and manage Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs).
· Conduct briefing calls with investigators and present key study details.
· Develop, review, and manage feasibility questionnaires.
· Collect, track, and analyze site feedback and investigator data.
· Prepare comprehensive feasibility summary reports and share with relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic folders and documentation for each study.
· Regularly report feasibility progress and flag potential issues for resolution.
· Proactively identify and evaluate new investigator sites based on business trends and therapeutic area needs.
· Conduct site evaluation visits as needed and document findings in internal trip reports.
· Provide site recommendations based on capability, interest, and previous performance.
· Build and maintain an updated, organized database of potential and existing investigators.
· Ensure site and investigator profiles reflect the latest feasibility and performance data.
· Monitor and document site engagement quality during feasibility activities.
· Recommend and implement solutions to improve site interactions and relationships.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in feasibility, clinical coordination, or site startup (preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Knowledge of GCP and clinical trial operations is desirable.
