Job Objective:
To ensure achievement sales targets (bookings and Sales) as per plan
Manage the distributor sales executive on a day to day basis
Manage 8-10 dealers in the allocated territory

Ensuring a consumer driven mindset at all times
Must be a graduate with fluency in English. An MBA is preferable though not necessary

• Construction materials industry (cement, steel, tiles etc.)

Experience
Team handling experience preferably in the building material industry, handling distributors/dealers/retailers/direct customers & influencers. Experience in local market is a must. Should have a two-wheeler with valid license.
• Must be a graduate/diploma holder. MBA in sales and marketing is a plus.
• Required minimum of 4-5 years of channel sales experience in:

• Construction materials industry (cement, steel, tiles etc.)

Capability
• Proven track record of leading a team of 8-10 sales executives.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with managing dealer/retailers and influencers.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel and following a journey plan.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills – must be well versed in local language and dialects.
• Well-groomed and street smart.
• Comfortable with use of technology (tablet, mobile phone based apps) on a daily basis.
