Job Overview:
We are looking for an HVAC Document Controller responsible for managing project documentation, tracking submissions, maintaining records, and coordinating with project teams for timely document approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document portals for submission and tracking of project documents.
• Upload, update, and maintain HVAC drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and project records.
• Review client comments and coordinate with engineering teams for necessary revisions.
• Track document status and ensure timely resubmission for approvals.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, and project teams for document approvals.
• Maintain records of document status including Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Approved with Comments, and Rejected.
• Prepare document control reports and approval status updates.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific document control procedures.

Required Skills:
• Experience in document management and record keeping.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good data entry and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration activities for electrical and electronic measuring instruments/equipment as per defined standards.
• Handle calibration of electrical products, testing equipment, and related instruments.
• Work in a NABL-approved calibration laboratory environment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and update calibration reports, certificates, records, and documentation.
• Ensure traceability of calibration processes and maintain accuracy of measurement systems.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO audits.
• Maintain and manage quality documentation as per ISO/NABL requirements.
• Identify calibration deviations and coordinate for corrective/preventive actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in a NABL accredited calibration lab is mandatory.

• Experience in handling ISO audits, documentation, and quality records.
• Knowledge of calibration standards, instruments, and measurement techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
