Position Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Showroom Manager / Project Coordinator to efficiently manage showroom operations, client coordination, quotation preparation, project follow-ups, vendor communication, and execution support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills along with basic knowledge of interior/project management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with architects and interior designers to introduce the company and its product offerings
• Convert showroom walk-ins and visits into sales through product presentations and consultations
• Understand client requirements and provide customized Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe solutions
• Present designs effectively, negotiate, and close sales deals
• Visit project sites during installation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage showroom operations and generate MIS reports
• Attend walk-in clients and handle inquiries
• Prepare quotations and BOQs
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, site teams, and production teams
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution
• Maintain project records and follow-ups
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 2–5 years of experience in interiors, showroom management, or project coordination
• Experience in modular interiors preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD preferred
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth

Role Overview
You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered features across SaaS platforms, focusing on automation, intelligent workflows, and real-world AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement LLM-based applications (chatbots, automation agents, document processing)
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Integrate AI models into backend systems via APIs
Develop scalable services using Python / backend frameworks
Work with structured & unstructured data (documents, PDFs, logs, etc.)
Optimize prompts, performance, and cost of LLM systems
Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to deliver production-ready features
Required Skills
Strong programming in Python (must-have)
Experience with ML/AI frameworks like
PyTorch or TensorFlow
Hands-on experience with:
LangChain or LlamaIndex
Prompt engineering (practical use cases)
Experience with:
REST APIs / FastAPI / backend development
SQL / NoSQL databases
Git & version control
Understanding of:
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
RAG architecture & embeddings
Model evaluation & optimization
Good to Have
Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
Exposure to AI agents & automation workflows
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Trello)
Experience working on FinTech-related projects or financial data (preferred but not mandatory)
