What we expect
Experience in all HR activities that includes payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and exit formalities etc.
Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook,
performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisements.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal
interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background
verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of
employees’ attendance/absenteeism.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance
policies
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee

1. CA-Inter qualified
2. Minimum 3 years working experience with a CA firm only

Job Description
Front end all Clients based appointments on Practo, Direct calls,
Direct walk in’s,
Referral Walk ins.
Maintain records of all New / Treatment patients on the CRM
Keep track of all booked appointments for consultation and
treatments on daily basis
Follow up, cancel & reschedule appointments/treatments based on
doctors’ / patients
availability.
Update Practo on daily basis – Confirm walk in/ Cancel patient no
show & raise
dispute for irrelevant calls
Follow up on patients due for consultation (within 10 days)
Maintain and update treatment files Pre/post treatment.
Keep track of billing and retrieve pending amounts as agreed upon
before initiating
treatment.
Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.
Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.
Generating referral walk in from existing patients.
Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.
Assist in other departments as and when required
Responsible for upkeep of the front office and patients waiting area
Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments.
As a mandate, for 4 days every month you shall be working out of
other centres.
