Job Description:-

  1. Managing the marketing suite, model apartments operations 
  2. Collateral management
  3. Coordination with marketing & sales team branding at site 
  4. Organizing & managing sales & client meet events at the site 
  5. Participating in events and roadshows to promote the project 
  6. Attending & onboarding walk-in customers 
  7. Attending channel partner & broker’s clients 
  8. Maintaining and updating the inquiry database to be uploaded & assigned to the sales team through CRM 
  9. Giving a tour of the model apartment to clients and introducing sales team 
  10. Feedback collection from the customers and brokers 
  11. Taking post-sales handover of customer and KYC documentation after the closure 
  12. Sharing and updating HQ based CRM team for further processes of home loan and agreements

Core skill required

− Should be a master in negotiation skills to handle both primary level & secondary level

customers across the industries
