Job Description:
Business Development:
 Targeting and developing new Corporate and MNC clients.
 Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for enhancing sales.
 Meeting Senior Management/Executives as a part of business development exercise.
 Team handling and ensuring team target achievement.
Key Account Management:
 Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers including CXO’s in target organizations for business development.
 Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients.
 Advice clients on prices and market conditions.
 Assist clients in negotiations and documentation for new facilities.
 Work closely with builders and developers and assist them in marketing their inventories.

Client Relationship Management:

 Maintaining relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business.
 Building and maintaining healthy relations with existing clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norm.
