Job Description:
Business Development:
Targeting and developing new Corporate and MNC clients.
Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for enhancing sales.
Meeting Senior Management/Executives as a part of business development exercise.
Team handling and ensuring team target achievement.
Key Account Management:
Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers including CXO’s in target organizations for business development.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients.
Advice clients on prices and market conditions.
Assist clients in negotiations and documentation for new facilities.
Work closely with builders and developers and assist them in marketing their inventories.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintaining relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business.
Building and maintaining healthy relations with existing clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norm.
