Roles & Responsibility: –
1. Customer data generation and keep up to date from time to time.
2. Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with
consumers.
3. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
4. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
5. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
6. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through
various channels.
7. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
8. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
(Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
9. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
10. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to develop online marketing.
11. Frequent coordination with the sales team to understand the new trends and requirements in
the market.

Required Skill
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
scanners
Basic knowledge of Windows is must.
Knowledge of installation of Windows 10, Microsoft office and Centos.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software
faults.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
