The objective of the role :-
Administration (General Affairs) & corporate solutions.
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business and meeting customer expectations within the boundary of the contract.
Monitor resource requirements based on the forecasting, and budgetary parameters, and make changes in the same as per revised schedules and budgets.
AMCs and PPM.
Track and control cost accruals based with respect to budgets, generate progress reports, monitor performance status, and Cost & time reconciliation.
Mentoring and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Team and offering assistance, wherever and whenever required.
Promote Cross-Selling & Innovation.
Vendor Quality Assurance
Management System Certification.
Training & Development.
All administration Control and timely closure of deliverables.
Interiors and exteriors of premises infrastructure.
Installation and operation control of new and existing assets.
Electricity and water consumption control.
Access control, operation of physical security, CCTV, BMS, and all critical equipment.
Event management

Responsibilities:
Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and establishing the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.
Maintaining relationships with clients.
Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
Good command over employee safety and safe work methods under any circumstances
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and non critical Equipment
Skills and qualifications
Technical certification such as Bachelor in Electrical /Mechanical engineering
Superb computer competence, including database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.
Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
Strong Project Management skills.
Ability to communicate in more than one language

Work Profile – Executive needs to develop distributor channel for sales of industrial
lubricant products in given areas he is responsible for finding distributor data , cold call, making business plan, present business plan to prospected distributor, appoint
distributor, training of distributor and his team, basic help of distributor for his
secondary channel development, arrange trials, taking orders from distributor , handle
technical and commercial queries of distributor & his team, place order to company, settle payment terms with distributor, payment follow-up, follow-up for repeat orders & complaint handling of customers, team development , team training.
Role & Responsibility- DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTORS IN ABOVE AREA
1. He will survey, do cold calls, telephonic calls and find out industrial distributors.
Meet these distributors individually and then finalize these distributors for a particular territory in India with or without help of the senior.
2. He should have technical knowledge of Industrial lubricants.
3. Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain the company business model to the distributors regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.
4. Night Stays- He shall be able to do 15 No of Night stays in a Month and 180 in a
year.
5. Experience – overall experience more than 8-10 years in the industrial lubricants
segment and grinding wheel and tools etc.
6. Business- He should be able to give commitment to our company that in how
much time he will be able to develop how much Minimum volume in industrial
sales directly to distributors e.g. in 3 Months, 6 Months, Maximum 9 Months, 12
Months.
