Job Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare, manage, and organize documents, reports, and records.
Generate and share reports with relevant teams as required.
Coordination & Support:

Assist various departments (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) with backend operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Customer & Vendor Support:

Handle backend support for customer queries, complaints, or requests.
Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
System & Process Handling:

Work on ERP, CRM, or other relevant software for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Communication & Follow-ups:

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and calls.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Compliance & Confidentiality:

Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Adhere to company guidelines and data protection policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Education: Any Graduate 

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP/CRM software.

 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.

 Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and handle multiple backend operations.

 Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and documentation.
