Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
End-to-end recruitment for Reporting, Designing, Telecalling, Operations & Logistics staff.
Prepare JDs, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize offers.
Maintain a talent pool for fast hiring during peak campaigns.
Employee Management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Ensure proper onboarding, induction, and documentation (offer letters, ID cards, contracts).
Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Monitoring & Training
Set KPIs & evaluation metrics for reporting staff, designers, telecallers, and operations teams.
Organize training sessions for software (Excel, PPT, design tools), soft skills, and client interaction.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback reports to management.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, salary slips, and statutory filings.
Draft and implement HR policies – leave policy, code of conduct, appraisal system.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.
Payroll & Administration
Manage salary processing, incentives, and reimbursements.
Oversee vendor contracts for temporary manpower.
Maintain HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System).
Skills & Competencies
Strong recruitment & employee management skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving & conflict resolution ability.
Ability to manage multi-department back-office staff in a fast-paced media/BTL environment.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
5–8 years experience in HR (preferably in advertising, media, events, or BTL agency).
Experience in managing teams of 30–100 staff across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities and qualifications
• Bachelors in Electronics & communication Engineering Background and should have Strong programming skills on C/Embedded C and C++ (basics).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on working with different embedded platforms.
• Experience in Design, Development, and Implement and troubleshoot Application and system level software in a variety of programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Micro-controller & Microprocessor (8bit, 16bit and 32bit).
• Working knowledge of handling electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, function generator, Network analyzer etc
• Extensive working experience on communication bus protocol like I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/RS232/RS422/ETH (10/100/1000) & related driver implementation.
• Good Understanding of CPU Architecture ARM, MIPS and PowerPC Hardware interfaces: Nand/NOR Flash, DDR SDRAM, PCI (variants).
• Candidate will have value added advantages if he has Hands on experience on Linux environment, BSP preparation/porting & Integration and other low-level HW interfaces.
