Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend / Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our web platforms. Our frontend is hosted on Netlify and built using React + modern JavaScript, while the backend runs on Django-Wagtail. The ideal candidate will be strong in frontend development and comfortable working across the stack, especially if they have familiarity with Django and Python.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimise, and maintain our frontend applications built using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between React frontend and Django-Wagtail backend.

Work closely with our design and content teams to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality web interfaces.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance across the frontend.

(Preferred) Support in backend development using Django, Wagtail, and Python when required.

Manage deployments and versioning on Netlify; collaborate on CI/CD workflows.

(Plus) Leverage AWS services for hosting, storage, or DevOps pipelines.

Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with modern frontend tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, Tailwind/SCSS, or similar.

Understanding of REST APIs and integration between frontend and backend.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience working with Django or Django-Wagtail.

Ability to write Python code and support backend features.

Understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, IAM, etc.).

Experience with Netlify hosting, environment variables, and build pipelines.

Knowledge of SEO, performance optimisation, and accessibility best practices.

Prepare and file income tax returns, manage tax audits, and handle documentation.

4. MCA/ROC Compliance
Complete statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies.

5. Monthly Financial Reporting
Prepare trial balance, P&L statement, and balance sheet for management review.

6. Internal Audit & Controls
Conduct periodic reviews and ensure accuracy in compliance processes.

7. Bank Reconciliation & Management
Ensure accurate bank reconciliation and manage banking relationships.

8. Annual Closure & Audit Coordination
Manage year-end close process and coordinate external audits.

9. Tally Prime Book Maintenance
Maintain accuracy of financial data and generate required reports.

10. Tax Department Correspondence
Respond to tax notices and manage tax audits.

11. Banking & Financial Institution Coordination
Liaise with banks and prepare required documentation.

12. Compliance Strategy & Risk Management
Establish internal controls, set compliance deadlines, and manage risk.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :- 

A. Educational Qualifications
 • B.Com or M.Com
 • Strong computer skills: Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced)
B. Technical Skills & Expertise
 • GST laws and compliance (GSTR filings, ITC reconciliation)
 • Income Tax compliance (ITR preparation, TDS/TCS, Tax Audit)
 • Accounting Standards (Ind-AS, GAAP)
 • Banking Operations (BRS, fund transfers, credit facility compliance)
 • ROC/MCA compliance and regulations
 • Tally ERP expertise (data entry, report generation, month-end/year-end closure, E- Invoice, E-way Bill)
 • Financial Analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet interpretation, variance analysis)
C. Experience
 • x years in accounting, taxation, and compliance
 • Multi-entity accounting (managing 2-3 companies simultaneously)
 • Statutory compliance and tax return preparation experience
D. Soft Skills
 • Excellent communication and attention to detail
 • Strong time management and deadline-focused approach
 • Proactive problem-solving ability
 • Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical approach.
