Responsibilities:
• Find the attached job description in detail for your reference.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Planning and budget control.
• Assisting Manager with audits.
• Preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare and verify daily reports
• Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
• Prepare daily deposits of ticket sales receipts
• Reconcile bank account for ticketing office
• Communicate with ticketing managers and others working on the ticketing systems problems
• Prepare authorized refund vouchers
• Compile monthly reports

• Does proper vicinity check and collect evidences of fraud.
• Meet all stake holders in the claim to collect and verify documents.
• Do other jobs in the field as suggested by the Team Manager.
Salary: Rs. 13000 + Travel + Incentives.
