Job Responsibilities:
• Studies the Insurance Claims received from different Insurance Companies, and locate triggers
for investigation.
• Allocate the Claims to the Investigator for investigator and explain triggers properly.
• Monitor the progress of Claim Investigation at zero time from office by remaining in constant
touch with the Investigator.
• To ensure that each and every aspect of the Investigation is covered in the field.
• To prepare report of the case within TAT and submit the report.
• Team Manager will be reporting to his Regional Manager.
