Qualification : B.Tech / BE in Mechanical
Experience : 14 to 16 years with Automotive Tier 1 Company /Automobile Manufacturing
Industry

Preferred Age : up to 40 years
Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Planned Preventive Maintenance, Utility Maintenance, Machine Uptime and reduction in Downtime.
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
Areas of expertise required: Planned Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Plant and Machine Uptime and installation of New Machine.
Exposure to Moulding and Rubber Moulding Machines. Knowledge of Utilities and exposure of STP & ETP.
Salary: CTC – 16 to 22 Lacs (Senior Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for the entire maintenance function (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation), quality standred, compliance of safety & statuary requirements for the infrastructure and utilities, and ensure that all equipment’s are maintained in good; and also lead for plant up-gradation and improvement projects.
2. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
3. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements.
4. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.
5. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment.
6. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
7. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
8. The control of reactive and preventative maintenance services in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Job Description:
· Establish and cultivate healthy working relationships with a company’s clients.
· Liaise with clients to identify and solve specific business problems, resulting in profits for the company.
· Responsible for attending client meetings or interacting with them via telephone or written communication, from time to time.
· Responsible for maintaining accurate data base about current as well as potential clients.
