Detail Job Profile:
· To head 5 to 6 states / territories (Bihar & Jharkhand & West Bengal & Odisha & North East etc.) of business at MBO (Multi Brand Outlet)
· To monitor sales force of about 20-30 and achieve the business targets on quarterly / monthly / daily basis.
· To liaison with Channel / Trade partners (Distributors) periodically – and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured.
· To visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month – and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
· To monitor SCM periodically – and ensure company as well as distributor objectives are met upon.
· Monthly 4 days planning and 20days field work – is mandatory for this profile, with online reporting.
· Has to take care of TPs / Distributors in terms of business aspect
· Should have experience in Woven (i.e. Shirt / Denim / Trouser etc.) with reputed brands i.e. Peter England, Allen Solly, Louie Philippe, Van Huesen, Indian Terrain, US Polo, Levis, Killer Jeans, Pepe Jeans, Live In Jeans, Arvind, Oxemberg, J Hampstead, Integriti, New York, Parx, Park Avenue, Lawmen Pg 3, Jockey etc. NO INNER WEAR EXPERIENCE (VIP / CHROMOZOME / RUPA brand etc.)
Candidate’s Profile:
· Young and dynamic candidate with sales & Marketing experience
· Strong at verbal and written email communication
· Willing to travel
· Only Sales Experience (Shop to Shop / Dealer to Dealer) required
· Good team player & Commitment towards job
· Should have the vast geographical knowledge of respective states / territories
· Prefer to candidate who is handling enormous dealers & around 25 Sales Executives & around 7 distributors
· Prefer to Readymade Apparels / FMCG / Beverage industries etc.
