Job Description
· Create new clients by different means (Corporates).
· Responsible for rolling out and nurturing global and local accounts along with acquisition of new business.
· Responsible for client retention and leading strategic initiatives that influence business growth and profitability
· Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
· Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
· Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary with the help of Operations team.
· Be one point of contact for all relevant and essential information to the clients regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, brochures, and maps.
· Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
· Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
· Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
· Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
· Reach the sales and revenue targets.
· Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.

1.) Identify employee policies & systems that need to be
implemented.
2.) All employees are informed & familiarised with the introduced
systems & protocols.
3.) Timely tracking of systems & policies to identify and fix any
roadblocks.
4.) Develop yearly recruitment plan while following the ImagoGetter
HR Process strictly.
5.) Identify & recruit best talent in line with the company goals within
the timeframes
6.) Ensure a smooth induction process with a clear introduction to
culture & teams.
7.) Prepare PDPs for all employees in line with PDP of the Business
Directors.
8.) Timely implementation of performance & development plan of all
employees
9.) Have clear measures & targets in place for every team/individual
throughout the organization which will cascade from top to bottom
10.) Roll out initiatives & programs that focusses on learning &
development of all employees as well as the fun aspects at work
