Qualification Footwear Diploma

Desirable Knowledge of Inspection of Cutting , Upper, Lasting, Injection & Passing
Inspection experience at various stages of Footwear production.
Identifying the defective area & demonstration the correct way to do the Job
Bench marking of Quality parameters in the section.
Training of subordinate staff members.
Knowledge of up gradation of lower quality to higher quality.
Fish bone analysis of customer complaint to go to root cause.
Guiding fabricators/ vendors/ worker the right way to do a correct job.
Coordination between Junior & Senior staff.
Control of wastage at every stage.
Able to take ownership & responsibility.
Making MIS Reports & ISO Documentation

Coordination of all Imported Raw materials Purchase for Gharaunda & Roorkee Plants
Star Indicator materials Check and liquidation of slow & non moving material.
Follow-up for A Article materials with priority
Monitoring of Auto Purchase Orders System
Correction of all errors related to BOM and costing
Monitor all SAP report and analyze
Follow-up with Vendor and arranging materials
Working on Red Materials to consuming the same
Making MIS Reports & ISO Documentation
Vendor & Material Creation
