Maintaining MIS of Data Collation
Compilation Analysis Data & provide data for Sales forecast.
Proficiency in Advance Excel.
Ability to prepare dashboards, presentations, graphs, and analytical reports, Pivot charts,
dashboards, Macros, VBA Coding, Formulas & Data Manipulation.
Candidate must have good command on all Types of Excel Formulas and its Conditions
Knowledge of accountancy and tally will be added advantage, business analytical and problem-
solving skills.
Requirements:
Experience should be 2 -4 years in MISexecutive profile.
Good Communication Skill.
Candidate should from BPO background.
MIS experience in BPO industry.
Should be proficient with Advanced Excel Formulas such as, Pivot Table, Vlookups, Conditional
formatting, count IF, Sum IF.
Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave a solid understanding of HR practices and employee management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and student placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Conduct employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to facilitate student placements.
Coordinate and manage placement activities for students who have completed training programs.
Organize job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other placement-related events.
Provide career counseling and guidance to students to enhance their employability.
Track and report on placement statistics and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
