Min. Experience – 1-2 years in similar field is must.
The primary focus is:
1. Develop new business accounts; Aggressive telephone and email activity i.e. 50+ touches a day when actively prospecting (several days a week)
2. Maintain and expand their industry knowledge so to be relevant and beneficial to our clients and prospects.
3. Excel at the duties expected of them as Sales Person.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services
2. Creating new client pool
3. Sending emails
4. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS
5. Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts
6. Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics

Exp: Atleast 5 + in total and atleast 2 years in Lithium Ion Battery Product Development
Salary: Negotiable (5 – 15 LPA depending on Experience & Skills)
Qualification: B.Tech preferably Electronics
Skills reqd –
– New product development of Li-ion Battery packs for Indian Market
– Expertise in Lithium ion Battery pack design & calculations
– Excellent knowledge of Lithium ion cells
– Expertise in drafting project specifications
– Experience in Manpower handling
– Experience of coordination with internal & external parties
– Complete knowledge of product manufacturing cycle of Lithium ion Battery packs for OEMs & E-Vehicle industries
Job Responsibilities –
– Responsible for Complete New Product Development Cycle
– Responsible for interaction with various departments (internal & external)
– Responsible to execute product development via production team
– Responsible for monitoring of product development phase
