Required Skills-
Experience in US voice calling. It is a B2B, US outbound sales process.
There are night shift and operations starts from 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., this may vary depending on daylight saving.
Job description & skills required:
1. Should have US cold calling experience with excellent communication skills.
2. Calling pharmacies and convincing customers (Pharmacist’s) to get them on board
3. Maintain a proper/regular follow up with the pharmacists to generate sales by servicing their accounts with us.
4. Reaching the goals.
1. Customers to be brought on board per month.
2. Revenue to be generated from the customers.

Job Description:-
1. Day to Day Accounting including TDS and GST Compliance.
2. Managing Independently Accounting of Lifestyle Division of Company, related worksheets/details and
reports, reconciliation, MIS using SAP and other basic accounting software Tally etc., E Commerce Recon/Control, EBO Accounts, Payments recon etc.
3. Vendor Management ensuring all bills are entered in SAP/Books, its MIS, Processing of payments as per due date etc.
4. Loan documentation & other Correspondences with the Banks/Rating, Agencies and routine Treasury Compliance -WCDL Rollovers, Stock
Statement, fresh disbursal, other banks related reports and certificates and other Banking transactions etc.
5. Filing of various E-returns/forms with the Regulators- Ministries, ROC, Income Tax, GST etc.
6. Coordinating and liaising with the Vendors, Customers etc.
7. Other Misc correspondences and drafting.
