1. Meet with internal stakeholders or external clients to discuss objectives for Internet and intranet sites and other online projects
2. Provide expert creative guidance on the overall look, feel and functionality of web design projects
3. Create concepts in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
4. Know languages such as HTML and JavaScript
5. Create compelling artwork (including images, icons, banners) and layouts that are appealing and user-friendly
6. Conduct quality assurance work to identify possible problems before launch

Requirements:
· Work experience as a director of software development or in a similar senior-level position
· Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
· Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
· Good understanding of agile methodologies
· Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
· Excellent project management skills
Worked as CTO or Director of engineering in an IT Company.
Technical skills:
Preferred: C language, C++, Laravel, PHP, SQL Server, REST, JSON, Security Principles, Jira, Jenkins
