Position name: Software Engineer (Android)
Experience range: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and published at least one original app. (2 years is acceptable if the candidate shows technical proficiency in mandatory as well as some good
to have categories)
Salary Range: 3.0 L to 5.0 L p.a. (negotiable based on skills and experience level)

Experience in Android development using java or Kotlin
Experience in SQLite implementation in Android

Experience in development Apps for IoT systems.
Experience in developing complex applications with access control, image
processing, bar/QR Code scanning etc.
Working knowledge of third-party servers and their interaction with mobile apps
Experience of MQTT protocol
Experience of integrating Google Maps in mobile Apps
Key Job responsibilities:
Work with a team of other engineers to develop Android applications which
are a part of a bigger system
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general
reliability.
Communicate well with the team, understand the requirements, and develop
the code in a clean and efficient manner.
Research on how to implement various requirements and make informed
decisions in a timely manner.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of the applications.
Take active part in weekly review meetings and put forth various ideas or
solutions to problems.
Work Location and Hours
Normally the employees are expected to be present in Pune office during core
business hours (10 am to 4 pm) and maintain an average of 9 working hours
per day in the normal run.
During Covid-19 pandemic situation, the candidate can expect to work from
home on most days and report to office only when necessary.
All Sundays will be off. First and Third Saturday of each month is also off,
however Candidate must be willing to work on off days to meet any deadlines
or make up the shortfall of working hours.
