Job Overview
The Senior SaaS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding
international market presence, and leading a high-performance SaaS sales team. This is a key
client-facing leadership role involving sales strategy, business development, pipeline
management, team leadership, and enterprise-level deal closures across global markets.
We are looking for an innovative, data-driven, and inspirational leader with a strong SaaS sales
background and proven success in scaling teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
• Own and manage the P&L for the international SaaS sales business unit.
• Forecast, manage, and track sales activities to meet revenue and quarterly quotas.
• Build scalable, predictable, and data-driven sales processes.
• Drive consistent pipeline development and closure across global regions.
Business Development
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new international opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and enterprise-level outreach.
• Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients across industries.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success
Managers.
• Guide team members on pipeline management, forecasting, activity levels, and deal
closures.
• Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign planning.
• Provide product feedback to the Product & Technology teams for tech enhancements.
• Support leadership with strategic insights, competitive analysis, and revenue planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 8–10 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the overseas market.
• 3+ years of proven team management experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in inside and outside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise
deal closures.
• Existing network and relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Experience managing large accounts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup
environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving markets.
