JOB DESCRIPTION:
set up server, workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers
etc.)
check computer hardware to ensure functionality
install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer
equipment
organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing
their work
perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging
etc.)
maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
REQUIREMENTS:
proven experience as it technician or relevant position
excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
excellent communication ability
outstanding organizational and time-management skills
in depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
certification as it technician will be an advantage (e.g. comptia a+, microsoft certified it
professional)

Handle inquiries and guide clients with the on boarding process.

Establish and develop relationships with brokers/business partners.
Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by clients;
Develop opportunities to increase the sales production.
Handles admin and other ad hoc duties
Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
Resolve client queries.
Analyse financial requirements of customer and match with products offerings.
Develop opportunities to increase the sales production.
Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are
adhered to the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side

(Traditional and Core Framework) .
● Good understanding of SOLID principles of Object-oriented programming concepts
● Working knowledge of design patterns
● Follow best practices related to coding, testing and building software using .NET
Core in a cloud base continuous integration environment.
● Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
● Comfortable working as a full-stack lead developer; the core skill set will be
centered around .NET Core, SQL Server, C# and HTML5/JavaScript/Typescript.
● Continuous Integration with Azure Devops/Jenkins
● Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
● Building reusable/extensible code for future use.

Senior Position Qualifications
● 5+ years hands-on .NET and .NET Core (C#, Asp.net core, Rest Web API)
development.
● 4+ years using SQL and relational databases (SQL Server)
● Hands on cloud base development experience (Azure)
● Solid experience in troubleshooting and debugging is critical
● Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs
● Expert knowledge of OOD, design patterns, data structures and algorithms
● Experience with role and rule-based security and authentication tools and best-
practices preferred (single sign-on)
● Solid experience in Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and best practices
● Experience using frontend technologies such Angular, HTML5/CSS, JavaScript,
TypeScript is a plus
● Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong documentation skills required.
