1) DESIGNATION: Marketing & Coordination Executive
2) LOCATION: South Delhi
3) JOB DESCRIPTION: around 5+ year experience of the following:
a) As Marketing Executive: Designing WhatsApp/Social Media/Email marketing campaigns for sales
promotion, searching and prospecting customers outbound tele-calling, making presentation &
determining requirement, giving quotations and samples, following up with customers for orders &
payments, coordinating with other divisions for timely fulfilment of orders, tracking and meeting
sales targets, independent correspondence with customers, preparing MIS, billing, customer
accounts and inventory etc.
b) As Coordination Executive: Providing office coordination and secretarial assistance viz. office
work, inter-division coordination, independent correspondence, arranging appointments and
meetings, recording Minutes-of-Meeting (MOM), making reports and MIS, raising credit and debit
notes, computation of staff incentives, tour bills, claims of customers, export documentation,
coordinating logistics and shipments, data analysis, attending meetings/events, recruiting staff,
candidate interviews, negotiations, conducting induction and orientation, HR payroll and regulatory
compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), Rewards & Recognition activities, organizing events/conferences, making
travel, arrangements, dealing with government agencies viz. Municipal Corporation, DDA, Police,
Fire, Labour Dept, Drug Control Dept (DCD), FSSAI etc. besides ISO, GMP, FSSC compliances,
housekeeping and asset/inventory management, administration and establishment management
including related expenditure, besides other works assigned from time to time.
4) PREFERENCE: would be given to FEMALE candidates who are extremely fluent in written and spoken
English, have a smart personality, who have designed WhatsApp/Social Media/Email marketing
campaigns, done outbound tele-calls & customer support, done online research, and are savvy with
Word, PowerPoint and advanced features of Excel viz. Pivot Table, V-Lookup/H-Lookup etc.
5) SALARY: CTC as per industry. Will consider higher for deserving candidates
6) EDUCATION: Graduate and above
7) AGE: Not exceeding 45 years

Experience
• Proficient in Solid Works
• 1-3 years drafting experience
• Sheet metal experience a plus .
• AutoCAD experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
• Create SolidWorks models / assemblies / drawings from hand sketches
• Create CNC files from SolidWorks
• Able to do 2 D /3D modeling using Autocad – “Inventor” or Solidworks
• Working in sheet metal design
• Hands-on mechanical prototyping a plus point.

Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· reconciling bank statements
· Entries of purchases, expenses and stock in Tally
· Tally and Manual Invoicing with GST and KFC percentage
· Provide sales, stock and purchase and expense reports to Management and Chartered Accountant
· Handle Petty cash
· Prepare statements of accounts and follow up for receivable payments
· Monitor and handle vendor payments and utility bills.
· Assist chartered accountant in GST filing and other accounting functions.
· Co-ordination with warehouse for goods inward and outward stock and reports
· Assist in vendor registration with new buyers and follow ups.
· Email communication with vendors and customers.
· Maintain staff files and payroll
· Any other responsibilities as required
