Responsibilities

• Lease Vacant space according to leasing plan / Schedule in accordance with relevant time frame set-out therein
• according to defined retailer mix & target
• Achieve leasing income goals established by Management/Projection.
• Assist the Mall head in the negotiation and closure of individual leasing Transactions & tenant building as well as
• associated with related design impacts.
• Ensure facilitate the fitout process for new retailer, like drawing & technical approval from respective department
• Retail & Mall optics to be maintained at all time
• Lease administration, Agreement & documentation up to-date
• Ensure successful leasing of retail & Food & Beverage outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the
• leasing budget, as well as the pre-determined strategy.
• To achieve monthly targets from Temporary leasing
• Coordinate with the collection team to achieve quarterly average of 100% monthly collection
•  Work with retailers to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
•  Evaluates retail mix to determine potential Temporary ( Kiosk) retail concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and Ops departments for the improvement of retailer performance for the purpose of
• actualizing target rental income through revenue share as budgeted and planned occupancy levels.
• Coordination with all relevant IPC 's & other local PC to approach new brands in the market.
• To achieve mall occupancy – 90% all through the year
•  Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term Retailers
• Prepare monthly reports on the status & performance of Leasing activities & conduct presentation & site visit for
• prospective tenants in order to promote Mall as a unique retail destination
• Coordinates retailers’ move-in and move-out with staff, maintenance, and security
• Coordination with Finance team
• Submitting MIS reports every month
