Job Details:
To provide industry and product technical expertise, applications, and technical support, ensuring that quality, costs, standards, regulations, and customer requirements are understood and met.
Specific Duties:
Should be able to keep current with latest technology for our products
Should be able to understand & provide technical support and documentation internally and externally
Should be able to support manufacturing processes & quality assurance and equipment
Should be able to address issues related to nonconforming materials and products
Should be able to process and maintain approval, working and customer CAD drawings
Process and Maintain Engineering Item masters for all parts
Should be able to review quality documentation, before sending to customers
Should have a good learning skill and Positive attitude
Candidate should be able to understand the different kind of standards (ISO, ASTM, ASI etc.)
A good hands-on experience of AUTOCAD of latest version
Should be able to understand Engineering Documentation for company components and products Develop drawings, assign components, Engineering product Masters (BOM’s and Routings) and maintenance thereof.
Provide technical support and information needed to procure, manufacture, sell, and service TE products.
Should be able to ensure that all customer inquiries are understood, reviewed for capability, defined, documented, processed, and tracked, in providing technical support to sales and order as required.
Skills:
Drafting skills, Auto-Cad, PC Skills (Use of Network, Internet, email, Excel, Word min.), Strong math/logic, organization, communication, ERP software.

JD:
• To be the Single point of contact for internal (Company ends) and external (client ends) for
the entire project/s
• Coordinate with Project Planning, and SCM Team and ensure deliveries are aligned to

• Make presentations and take approvals from Consultants
• Generate leads.

• Maintain relations with existing clients
• Identify new clients
• Do negotiations and Close deals.
• Back office support will be from office in Mumbai.
• Attend occasional service issues and resolve with the help of technician/ plumber.
Candidate Profile
Education: any graduate ideally with engineering background or science . Due weightage to
MBA (if from reputed institute)
Age: within 45 years.
Experience: MUST have min. 3years exp of working with builders; MEP (plumbing)
consultants; plumbing contractors And Must have ready to use contacts with builders,
plumbing contractors, consultants.
Must have his own vehicle for field visits.
Due weightage given for exposure of new product launch or setting up new sales territories.
