Job Description
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. ·
• Optimize utilization of CNC, VMC, gear shaper, hobbing, shaving, broaching, conventional machines and furnaces.
• Improve OEE, reduce breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Ensure defect-free supplies, customer PPM < 200, and quick closure of complaints.
• Handle customer audits, PPAP, APQP and strengthen quality systems.
• Lead and mentor Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance managers.
• Build accountability through KPIs, MIS dashboards and review meetings.
• Train workforce on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM.
• Control production costs (power, consumables, scrap, rework).
• Ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery ≥ 95%.
• Coordinate with marketing for new product development and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental norms.
• Deployment & Train to follow and adopt all procedures & SOPs as per company norms & IATF guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international
environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Flexibility to work during Australian business hours.

5. Aware of measuring Instruments Knowledge
6. Aware and documentation of ISO-9001,TS MASE IATF -16949 quality system.
7. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
8. Ensuring that workflows, process and products audit comply with safety regulations.
9. Very good excellence in Microsoft xl & PPT preparation.
10. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
