Job Description
Responsible for revenue generation by way of space selling, sponsorship Sales, Digital Sales,
cold calls, research-based sales, market research and executing Sales strategies.
The successful candidates will be ultimately requested to develop new exhibitors, as well as
maintain / upgrade existing ones running in and to ensure their smooth targets achievement.
Ensuring Market Research in the sector of assigned Portfolio given to him / her.
Ability to do research-based sales.
Being know the exhibitors profile & requirements from ground with relevant associations
support. (Regional, National )
Getting on ground report of exhibitor’s requirements
Co-ordination with Exhibitors & Government Authorities for smooth participation of an
exhibitor in event.
Understand existing database & craft the strategies to develop new database.
Understand the core markets of exhibitors explore and drive sales.
Developing and maximising relationships with existing and new exhibitors
Excellent Client Servicing in addition to sales
Qualifications
Minimum Graduation is MUST (Irrespective of any stream), MBA preferred
Should have minimum 2-5 years of working experience
Proven track record of F2F meetings, B2B & B2C business development
Ability to work on pressure situation with multitasking
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Sales Management
• Assist in preparation of annual sales budgets
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding set targets and
maintain quarterly sales
• Prepare realistic sales forecast
• Understand and implement organization’s strategy
• Making sales calls and providing technical support to
architects, specifiers, consultants, builders, Govt.
Departments, roofing & facade contractors, etc.
• Creating quotations (includes specification building and
boq preparation with support from technical support
team) and following through with the sales process for
your client base
• Identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing
customers in the Building and Construction sector
• Monitoring the progress of current projects tendered out
to ensure Danpal remains in contention and identify
opportunities to substitute competitor specifications
• Maintain healthy project pipeline in your region
• Maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge
regarding all Danpal products and systems
• Manage relationships with the accounts in your region
• Provide support on projects from other regions in India
• Timely outstanding payment follow up and collection
• Ensure technical support for project execution for
smooth and quality installation and be accountable for
qualitative aspects of Projects of your region
• Ensure all sales related activity is recorded in Salesforce
on a daily basis
Required Qualification,
Experience & Skill Sets
Graduate (Engineering preferred) with MBA Marketing (3-8 yrs)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office & MS Outlook
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Flexible with can do attitude and open to accept change
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently
• Problem solving ability
• Networking skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Knowledge and experience of working on CRM
• Ownership of responsibility handled
