Job Description.
1) Establish and maintain contact with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in order to gain knowledge of drug development programs, promote the Company’s services like Clinical Operations (full scope trials) & Data Services (Scientific Writing & Communication, Clinical Data Management, Bio statistics, PV etc.), and ultimately increase the number of studies.
2) To identify potential sponsors, generating leads through internet, professional network, Identifying and prioritizing prospective sponsors.
3) To deliver and/or request necessary documents for drug study from sponsor.
4) Understanding the needs of sponsor, conduct meetings and follow-up with potential sponsors to customize their business proposal.
5) Negotiation with sponsors regarding business processes, proposals (quote, budget, timelines, resources), confidentiality agreement and arrange for execution of the project from the sponsor.
6) Managing project lifecycle to ensure quality implementation according to clear customer expectations and requirements.
7) Collaborating with business development, marketing and clinical operation departments on creation of competitive concept proposals.
8) Working closely with Directors, Managers and Clinical leads.
9) Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts of potential sponsors, consulting companies in order to get access to new opportunities.
10) Visiting on-site meetings.
11) Planning, supervising and coordination in daily activities of junior business associates.
12) Read and interpret project specifications and requirements.

· Bank reconciliation in a daily basis.
· Assist in budgeting a forecasting.
· Coordination with creditors and bank.
· Provide full support to the auditor.
· Ensure timely payments (made & receivable).
· Accurate statutory payments like TDS, GST, PT etc.
· Timely filing of tax returns (Direct & Indirect).
· Prepare accurate and precise MIS (Weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly/ half year/ Yearly basis).
· Other accounts and finance related work as and when required.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :
· Experience 6-8 years experience.
· M.com in Commerce.
· Strong math and analytical skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL.
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must work standard hours of the location supported.
· Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines.

Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement of materials,

Qualifications:Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil
Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
Experience:
• 7-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or building materials
industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale purchases and vendor relationships.
Skills:
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, tools, and warehouse supplies.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
